About Connected Infra Group
Bridging digital infrastructure and commercial real estate through experience, integrity, and disciplined execution.
About CIG
Built on Experience. Built on Integrity.
Built Differently.
Connecting the Digital Infrastructure and Real Estate Worlds.
We didn’t come here to start another company. We came here to build the company we always believed this industry needed. For decades, our leadership team has been at the forefront of digital infrastructure, helping build, acquire, develop, and operate some of the industry’s most successful platforms. Along the way, we learned what drives long-term success—and what stands in the way of it. Those experiences shaped CIG.
Today, we bring together deep industry expertise, disciplined execution, and a forward-thinking mindset to bridge the worlds of telecommunications and commercial real estate. We partner with carriers, network operators, municipalities, property owners, developers, brokers, and investors to identify, acquire, develop, and operate infrastructure that powers modern connectivity.
Our philosophy is simple:
Do things the right way, from the very beginning.
Why CIG?
No Legacy Burdens. Just
Capital, Clarity & Execution.
Unlike many organizations, CIG starts from a position of strength.
We have no legacy debt, inherited obligations, or outdated operational constraints. Instead, we operate with a clean balance sheet, strong financial backing, and a streamlined structure that allows us to move decisively and quickly while remaining disciplined.
Our executive team brings decades of experience across tower ownership, infrastructure development, acquisitions, operations, and telecommunications real estate.
Combined with a culture rooted in accountability and transparency, we offer a higher standard of partnership built for long-term success. The CIG Difference
